Learn how to more effectively manage your mental wellbeing, and enjoy life more.

This is a ten-week course written by qualified mental health clinicians. It is will provide you with a broad base of practical knowledge and techniques to apply to daily life.

When applied consistently, research suggests that these approaches can reduce the symptoms of anxiety and depression.

In order for it to be effective, must be completed at a gradual pace of no more than one lesson per week.
