The training has a large practical component which includes outdoor exercises (completed in your local area), leading a group and one to one session and undertaking a 5 hour solo immersion, alongside a certain amount of required reading and written assignments.

“I don’t want to do a residential training”
All the module learning and group coaching sessions take place in an online live classroom that can be accessed from anywhere in the UK, and all the one to one tutorials take place over the phone.
Our students complete the practical elements in their own locale. There is no requirement to do any of the practical aspects in Bristol, where we’re based. (Unless you live here of course!)
