OUR COACHING ETHOS

We view coaching as a ‘thinking alliance’ that gives people:

  1. A crystal clear view of what they would like to achieve and why it matters.

  2. An understanding of the obstacles and barriers that may prevent them from obtaining their goal and detailed, realistic plans for overcoming them.

  3. The resources they will need to accomplish their goal.

  4. A deeply felt sense of motivation and accountability that will drive it all home.

For insight that challenges and pushes me to see from new perspectives I can always count on Lucy. Over the years I’ve used her techniques to focus, motivate and deliver.
— Thomas Heiser, Head of Communications Ufi VocTech Trust

With Lucy’s help, I was able to identify specific areas of my work life that were stopping me from firing on all cylinders. Now that I have refocused and reorganised with her support, I am confident about achieving more ambitious professional goals.
— Linda Hayes, Head of HR Supply Chain Northern Europe at Johnson & Johnson
I engaged Emily from Light Box Leadership and Executive Coaching in the last quarter of 2022 for assistance with business development and was extremely impressed with her ability to steer me towards solutions that I wouldn’t have explored otherwise. This has resulted in an increase in productivity and enabled me to turn creative ideas into exciting new projects with an income stream. I would wholeheartedly recommend Emily and Lightbox Leadership and Executive Coaching for their dynamic response to a wide range of concerns and clear passion for bringing out the very best in the people they work with.
— Matthew Richards, Managing Director at Engage and Immerse
