The Light Box coaching model views personal development as the strongest foundation on which to build organisational and career success.

As motivation, trust and  responsibility engender successful leadership, our model enables clients to locate and utilise these internal attributes in order to overcome obstacles and achieve key goals.

The approach uses a combination of questions, feedback and assignments to help each client progress.

Initial coaching sessions are provided free, by way of introduction. Sessions last 60-90 minutes. The overall coaching engagement takes place over a 4 month period, with a session every 2-3 weeks.

Light Box coaching practitioners are level 7 accredited coaches, the development coaching gold standard.
